Finus Hudson currently serves as a Small Business Compliance Specialist (SBCS) at Fluor Mission Solution's Small Biz Program. A few of his day-to-day tasks include: • Ensuring Small Business Subcontracting Plans submitted with proposals are compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement(DFARS), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations (DEAR) and other customer agencies. • Monitoring the execution of Small Business Subcontracting Plans upon contract award, ensuring the Plans are implemented compliantly and according to the goals and strategies outlined in the Plan. Prior to his arrival at Fluor Corporation, he has worked as as diversity practitioner at Johnson Controls, Pearson Learning Company & the Port of Portland.
