Biography

Greta Ownby is the Small Business Program Manager for Y-12 National Security Complex, one of two sites currently managed by Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC. She has been in the role since January 2021. A native Oak Ridger, Ms. Ownby brings a unique skill set to the position having worked for local chambers of commerce and small businesses in the region during her career. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, is married, has two children and two grandchildren.
