Biography

William “BJ” Quigley is the Senior Procurement Executive, NNSA and is responsible for an annual $18 billion acquisition portfolio. Exercises supervisory and managerial authorities on a recurring basis for the staff in Partnership and Acquisition services. He is responsible for oversight of the Heads of Contracting Activity, and for applying innovative procurement processes and standards in the placement, administration and close out of NNSA contracts, grants and oversight of NNSA’s inventory of government furnished equipment. In addition, he oversees the effective management of NNSA contracts related activities such as contract budget planning and execution, resources management, reporting and cost estimating.
