Biography

Stephanie Stringer is Assistant Manager of Mission Assurance and Infrastructure (MAI) at DOE's National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). The MAI organization provides oversight of LANL project management, landlord/infrastructure activities, enduring waste management, environmental compliance, program integration, and the Quality Assurance program. Stephanie has over 27 years of water and waste program management experience with an emphasis on developing and implementing environmental policies and regulations, conducting meaningful stakeholder outreach, and fostering a healthy and productive work environment. She worked for over 23 years at the New Mexico Environment Department in various capacities and served as Deputy Cabinet Secretary prior to joining DOE.
