Biography

Travis Marshall is the EMCBC Acquisition Integration Lead, supporting EM’s source selection teams through the development and maintenance of guidance and template documentation, and conducting reviews of source selection documentation. Most recently, Travis stood up the EM Career Acquisition Program (ECAP). Previously, Travis was Contracting Officer for numerous EM procurements from 2014 to 2021. Prior to joining DOE, Travis was a civilian with the USAF, including Langley Air Force Base and Robins Air Force Base. Travis participated in the USAF’s Copper Cap contracting internship program. Travis has an MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
