Biography
Mr. Mills is the Assistant Director of the Office of Cost Estimating (OCE) for the Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC). Mr. Mills has a BS in Finance & Economics and an MBA in Management, Innovation, and Change. He has 20-years of federal service experience, 15 of which have been with the DOE. Prior to coming to the DOE, Mr. Mills worked as a Financial Specialist for the U.S. Air Force.
