Biography

Wilmari Delgado is currently the Senior Advisor for the DOE-Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Wilmari possesses 20 years of federal experience, 18 of those years with DOE in various leadership and procurement roles. Prior to DOE, she worked for the Defense Logistics Agency. Wilmari has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Turabo in Puerto Rico, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University in Virginia and also a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Boston University in Massachusetts.
