Biography

Michael Massello is a Senior Small Business Advocate with the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). As a Senior Small Business Advocate, he analyzes and interprets contracting policies and provides guidance and assistance to program offices across the Department. Michael has a total of 22 years’ experience in government contracting and 10 years of that have been dedicated to advocating for Small Business.
