Mark Lochbaum is a Senior Small Business Advocate with the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). He is the primary representative for OSDBU’s HUBZone Small Business Program and is the Department’s Mentor Protégé Program Manager. Previously, Mark worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as a Contracting Officer. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from James Madison University. Mark is also FAC-C Level III Certified and an alumnus of the Leadership Excellence in Acquisition Program (LEAP) through the Partnership for Public Service.
