Biography

Ms. Han is the Lead Foreign Affairs Specialist for the Office of Environmental Management (EM). She is the Lead for EM’s International Cooperative Program. Her responsibilities include providing policy guidance to EM programs on international collaboration, drafting and negotiating EM international cooperative agreements, serving as an EM international program liaison within and outside of DOE, and helping to develop long-term EM strategy for international activities.
