Biography

Jola WallowingBull is an enrolled member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe. She was born and raised on the Wind River Indian Reservation. In 2006, she graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering. Jola is currently the Director for the Northern Arapaho Tribal Engineering Department where she administers the Sanitation Facilities Construction Program, the Water Billing Department, supervises the Water & Sewer Department, and works with the State and Federal agencies to improve the Water & Wastewater systems for the Northern Arapaho Tribe.
