Biography

Education: BA Miami University (Zoology), 1973 Masters Environmental Science, Miami University,1976 Employment: State of Ohio Environmental Protection Agency since 1977. 1994-2006 Chief, Office of Federal Facilities Oversight. Managed statewide program that oversaw the investigation and cleanup of Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Defense (DOD) facilities in the state of Ohio. 1985-1994- Lead regulator for Ohio EPA on the DOE Fernald site. 1977-1994- Manager of the surface water quality program for Ohio EPA’s Southwest District Office. September 2006- Retired after 31 years of State service. 2007-Present- President Fernald Community Alliance
