Biography
Mr. Schaffer has spent much of his career working for the RCRA Hazardous Waste Corrective Action Program in Kentucky. He currently works in a technical project management capacity on the DOE Paducah site in Kentucky. Mr. Schaffer conducts technical reviews of work proposals and reports and is involved in project policy/management decisions in a state role.
