Biography

Kevin Shoemaker is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is legal counsel for Southern Ohio Diversification Initiative (SODI) where he oversees all legal matters and all reindustrialization activities for SODI at the former United States Department of Energy gaseous diffusion facility near Piketon, Ohio. Mr. Shoemaker has an extensive background representing numerous political subdivisions, individuals, and companies in civil litigation and governmental affairs. He has worked as outside counsel for several Ohio Attorneys General of both political parties.
