Mr. Noyes is the Assistant Manager, Tank Farms Project, responsible for successful operations of Tank Farms and Hanford’s tank waste treatment mission including the oversight and management of storage, treatment and disposal activities for more than 54 million gallons of high-level radioactive and hazardous waste located in 177 underground storage tanks. He has over 35 years of experience managing projects involving nuclear operations, maintenance, deactivation, and environmental remediation. Delmar holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University and a master’s degree in environmental policy and management from the University of Denver.
