Biography

Anthony is the Chief Technologist for Waste Management and Decommissioning at the UK's National Nuclear Laboratory. He is a member of the Science and Technology Board and the Laboratory Leadership Team. Throughout his 35 years in the nuclear industry, he has applied technology and engineering to deliver industrial solutions. Anthony is an experienced Chartered Engineer, Chartered Scientist, and a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and has held two prestigious Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professorships in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Manchester. He is an active PAC member, the UK WMS-IPAC representative and was proud to lead ‘Team UK’ as the featured country at WMS2022.
