Ken Rueter is President and Chief Executive Officer of United Cleanup Oak Ridge (UCOR), directing the $8.3 billion Oak Ridge Reservation Cleanup Contract for the Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management. He leads a professional and skilled labor workforce of 2,500, working to reduce risks and environmental liabilities, make restored land available for reuse, and facilitate economic opportunities for the region.
