Biography

Elie Abou-Jaoude has an academic background in mining engineering from McGill University, and is specialized in responsible mining and transdisciplinary research. He has delivered numerous conferences, including CIM, on empowerment, sustainable practices, and psychological safety in the mining industry. Alongside his technical background, Elie brings extensive experience in community work with youth and artists in Montreal, Tiohtià:ke. He is a certified coach (ICF standards) and an experienced facilitator in both public and private sectors, committed to fostering mindful and human-centered approaches in leadership and resource development.
