Biography

Mr. Swain is an executive with Fluor Federal Services and is currently assigned as Executive Vice President and COO for EM at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS). Prior to the current position, Mike's most recent assignments include SRNS Senior Vice President of Technical Services and Director of Fluor Idaho's INTEC Operations. While at the Idaho site, Mike led the Fluor team in redesign and successful simulant operations at the site's Integrated Waste Treatment Unit. Previously, he has held multiple senior nuclear operations leadership positions at the Savannah River Site and the Savannah River National Lab.
