Biography

Jeff Scott is the President of North Wind Portage where he manages over $240M annually in environmental remediation and consulting services. He is an experienced Executive Leader and Senior Manager with more than 27 years of global experience in construction, expeditionary services, hazardous and radiological waste management, D&D, and environmental remediation. Jeff previously served as North Wind’s Eastern Operations Manager from 2013-2018 and has served as Director of Project Management, Chief Technical Officer, Vice President, and Program Manager for projects, programs, and services across North America, Europe, Central Asia, and Africa.
