Biography

Jay Johnson serves as the Deputy Vice President of Contracts & Supply Chain Management responsible for prime contract administration, procurement, asset management, and distribution operations for the Management and Operations contract at the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River Site. In this role, Jay oversees the $27B Prime Contract supporting DOE’s EM and NNSA missions to include over $20B in capital construction projects. He is responsible for annual acquisitions exceeding $1.2B and the warehousing, inventory, and property management of $2B+ of material assets.
