Biography

Seth Kirshenberg is the Executive Director of the Energy Communities Alliance, the national non-profit organization of elected local government officials adjacent to defense nuclear facilities He has written extensively and participated in federal advisory committees, federal tasks forces related to environmental cleanup of US DOE/NNSA and military facilities. He has participated in several international dialogues and meetings on integrating government decision-making into federal decision-making, addressing nuclear waste cleanup, nuclear waste storage issues and other similar issues. Further, Mr. Kirshenberg is a lawyer where he has worked on over $25 billion of federal public private partnership and reuse of federal facilities.
