Biography

Mr. Rob Seifert is the Director of the Office of Infrastructure Disposition and Regulatory Policy for the Department of Energy. He is responsible for overseeing work and developing policy related to soil and groundwater remediation, infrastructure management, facility demolition and regulatory affairs for the Environmental Management Program in DOE. He has served in the EM program for 32 years. Mr. Seifert joined the DOE Headquarter team in 2014 and has served in a number of key leaderships positions. Prior to that, he worked for over two decades at the DOE Paducah site. Mr. Seifert has a degree in chemistry and biology from Murray State University.
