Biography

John Wrapp is Waste Disposition Manager for UCOR, with responsibility for all aspects of UCOR’s waste disposal activities at the East Tennessee Technology Park, Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Y-12 Nuclear Security Complex. He leads an organization responsible for packaging, transportation and management of onsite disposal facilities. John has more than three decades of experience in nuclear operations, environmental and waste management programs. He currently serves in a leadership role with the Waste Management Working Group of the national Energy Facility Contractors Organization Group.
