Biography

Mr. Chung has 37 years of broad experience in U.S. government programs and operations, global engineering and construction business, safety management and operations oversight, and commercial nuclear power industries. He directed multi-billion-dollar business development and operational functions at a global EPC company, large-scale national programs and international projects. Prior to returning to DOE, he was with Samsung Construction & Trade Corp. as a Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Global Business Operations. His previous positions at DOE included Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for EM. He began his professional career with Westinghouse Electric.
