Dameone Ferguson has over 15 years of increasing experience building and leading student pipeline and diversity programs. Currently, he is the Diversity Manager for the Department of Energy’s Office of Environmental Management (EM). His portfolio of responsibility includes: diverse student and entry level pipeline hiring solutions that aid in the development of the next generation of EM’s workforce; diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility efforts; and, training and career development. His educational background includes: Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Voorhees College, Master of Social Work from Howard University, and professional certificates from George Mason and Cornell Universities.
