Biography

Deb Bowen is the Executive Director of The STEM Foundation. She has also worked as a marketing consultant, HR Director on the Hanford nuclear site, and as an adjunct faculty member at Washington State University-Tri-Cities. She has led efforts to raise millions of dollars in support of education and workforce development programs. Deb is a co-founder of The Children’s Reading Foundation. She was Columbia Basin College Alum of the Year, received the Crystal Apple Award, the Mid-Columbia Education Alliance Bridge Builder's Award and the Southeastern Washington Association of School Administrators - Outstanding Service to Education Award.
