Biography

Mr. Magnus Holmqvist, President of SKB International, a wholly owned subsidiary of SKB. SKB International provides services globally based on the technology, know-how and expertise developed in SKB’s disposal programme. Mr Holmqvist has devoted his career to the field of nuclear waste management and final disposal both nationally and internationally. He is an expert generalist and has contributed to many disposal programmes around the world and has in doing so gained in depth understanding of the various challenges facing disposal programs. Before joining SKB International he held several management positions in Geosigma AB and worked as an expert consultant in SKB:s disposal programme.
