Biography

Dr Erika Holt is a Customer Account Lead, Principal Scientist and Project Manager in the Nuclear Energy division of VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. She has a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington (Seattle, USA) and over 25 years of experience. Her expertise areas are related to geotechnical materials, construction, design, performance assessment, monitoring and safety issues for nuclear waste management. She has been a Project Manager for Finland's repository operator, Posiva Oy, related to implementation of geological disposal concepts.
