Biography

Research scientist at USF/FWRI developing Bayesian frameworks for Gulf of Mexico reef fish management. Two current focus areas: (1) estimating post-release mortality using integrated mark-recapture and telemetry likelihoods as oceans warm and anglers fish deeper; (2) forecasting recreational catch and modeling angler responses to regulations.
