Liya Xu, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC and the Vision Center at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). Her research focuses on ocular oncology, with particular expertise in retinoblastoma and aqueous humor liquid biopsy for molecular diagnostics, prognosis, and therapy monitoring. Dr. Xu’s work integrates multi-omics and translational approaches, and she has contributed to advancing international collaborations in ocular oncology through ISOO.
