Dr. Melvin Astrahan is Emeritus Professor of Radiation Oncology Physics of the University of Southern California and CEO of Eye Physics, LLC. Dr Astrahan is the creator of the Plaque Simulator software. He specializes in intensity modulated, 3D conformal treatment planning and manufacturing eye plaques prototyped using 3D printing.
