Biography

Takefumi Takuma has been with Giken Ltd. for 14 years as General Manager for its U.S. subsidiary and currently as its Senior Advisor. Giken is the manufacturer of press-in pile driving equipment and the construction solution provider with the press-in piling technology. Before joining Giken, he had worked with a major international engineering contractor for 32 years. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tokyo and a Master of Engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley both in civil engineering.
