Biography

Mr. Kasper is the Radiological Operations Manager at the National Ignition Facility at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California. Mr. Kasper is a board certified in the comprehensive practice of Health Physics and Industrial Hygiene, and received his B.S. in Nuclear Technology from the State University of NY and his M.S. in ES&H Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
