Biography

Micah Hightower is an ecologist from Colorado. He attended Colorado Mesa University, where he completed a bachelor's degree in environmental science and technology, specializing in ecosystem management and restoration. Micah began his career by collecting vegetation and soil data for the Bureau of Land Management's Assessment, Inventory, and Monitoring (AIM) program. When he isn't cooking, bouldering, or birding, he conducts ecological surveys of abandoned uranium mines for the Dept. of Energy Office of Legacy Management's Defense-Related Uranium Mines (DRUM) program through his current employer, RSI EnTech, LLC.
