Savannah River National Laboratory
Dr. Wesley Woodham is a Senior Engineer at Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) in Aiken, South Carolina. His research interests lie primarily in the field of organic chemical reaction networks in the context of aqueous radioactive waste. He has studied the lifecycle of organic acids and salts during melter feed pre-treatment at the Defense Waste Processing Facility (DWPF) at the Savannah River Site (SRS) in Aiken, SC. Additionally, he has investigated the rates and mechanisms of hydrogen generation from organic compounds under acidic and caustic conditions encountered at SRS.
