Biography

Frank Pennebaker is currently responsible for managing Nuclear and Chemical Processing Division at SRNL. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and a doctorate degree in Chemistry from the University of Arizona at Tucson. Dr. Pennebaker has worked at the Savannah River Site for over 25 years as a researcher, program manager, group manager and director for R&D support across the DOE Complex in Analytical Chemistry, Process Chemistry and Engineering, Actinide and Tritium. He also led cross-functional evaluation team from National Laboratories and DOE contractors to examine repackaging TRU drums.
