Ms Bartling began her career in Oak Ridge at ETTP supporting generators shipping waste to the TSCA incinerator followed by a position at a MLLW TSDF. She then worked on the 3-BLDG Project managed by BNFL. After completion of the project, Ms. Bartling accepted an extended placement at Sellafied where she worked for 3 years, followed by 2 years at Bradwell Power Station. Ms Bartling spent 8 years at PORTS, last serving as the Waste Management Division Director. Most recently she is serving as the Radioactive Waste Management Program Manager at NNSS.
