Biography

Eric Guiltinan is a research scientist in the Earth System Observations group at Los Alamos National lab. As a member of the Brine Availability Tests in Salt (BATS) team, he conducts thermo-hydro-mechanical-chemical coupled simulations of experiments underway at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant. Prior to Los Alamos, Eric received his Ph.D. in geology from the University of Texas at Austin where he studied geologic carbon sequestration.
