Biography

David is a Professional Engineer with over 40 years’ experience in the nuclear industry gained with the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, British Nuclear Fuels, EnergySolutions and more recently Washington River Protection Solutions. Former Chief Engineer for BNFL Inc. and Vice-President and Chief Engineer for EnergySolutions, David is now the Engineering Manager for DFLAW Engineering with WPRS. David studied Structural Engineering, Seismic Analysis, Construction Management, and Mechanical Engineering and graduated with an Honors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Manchester, England. He is a registered Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers and a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
