Biography

Youichi Enokida, born in Kamakura, Japan in 1958, completed his undergraduate study in 1981 and obtained Master's degree in 1983 at the University of Tokyo, and became Research Associate at the same university. He was appointed Lecturer in 1987. He received his Dr. Eng. degree in 1989 and in the same year he was appointed Associate Professor in the Department of Nuclear Engineering at the University of Tokyo. He studied actinides analysis and separation, nuclear fuel reprocessing. He has also stayed at ORNL and the University of Idaho for his research.
