Biography

Mr. Owe attended Towson University and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. He currently works as a Senior Environmental Scientist/ GIS Analyst and has over 16 years of experience concentrated in environmental engineering, site characterization and remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater, for both chemical and radiologically impacted hazardous waste sites throughout the United States. He possesses extensive expertise in a wide range of responsibilities, including data management/analysis, data collection methods/technology, technical writing, and reporting. Additional expertise in geographic information systems (GIS), and responsible for company-wide GIS data management, mapping/modeling, and presentation for reports.
