Biography

Robin began his engineering career with the US Army Corps of Engineers while still attending school at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He graduated with a BS in Geological Engineering, and has been with USACE for 32 years. He has been involved with the St. Louis District FUSRAP program for 24 years, and has served as the program's Technical Lead Engineer role for the last 8. As Tech Lead, Robin is responsible for the overall technical quality of the St. Louis FUSRAP program. His areas of expertise are subsurface exploration, investigation for contamination discovery, remediation design, and remediation field implementation.
