Biography

I am an environmental scientist with over 25 years of experience in various phases of environmental remediation and mitigation. Prior to supporting the DOE - Office of Legacy Management, I was the Senior Construction QA Lead at a large municipal landfill in Southern Ontario. My environmental career began at the Fernald site in Southern Ohio during it's initial stages of shutdown and remediation in 1989. I completed my degree in Geology at the University of Cincinnati following the reduction in force at Fernald in 1996. After graduating in 1998, I joined a large engineering and consulting firm concentrating on remediation and mitigation of petroleum contaminated sites.
