Biography

Fabien Hubert is the head of Andra’s international relations department since 2024. From 2013 to 2024, Fabien has been the Department Head of the Institutional Waste Management Department in Andra's operational division. In this position, he was responsible for the technical, organizational, and financial management for Andra’s activities regarding the removal, treatment and disposal of waste coming from institutional activities, including preparatory studies and the waste acceptance process. In this position, he got the occasion to acquire an extended experience of Andra's ILW & VLLW surface disposal facilities. On the educational plan, Fabien Hubert is a chemical engineer and a doctor in materials physics and chemistry.
