IRSN
Completing a doctorate in physical chemistry in 2003 after obtaining a master’s degree in chemical engineering in 2000, I started working at IRSN (Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire) since 2009. After 10 years working in nuclear reactor severe accidents modeling, I started being involved in the expertise in the safety of radioactive waste disposals. Related studies focus on the long-term performance assessments of sub-surface and geological disposals (Cigéo) at both near- and far-field scales, using dedicated modeling tool. I also work on modeling the radionuclides transport in former uranium mine tailings.
