Biography

Kapil Vaidya is a staff member within the Environmental Remediation Management Safety and Licensing Branch at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories. He worked as a Design Engineer within Canadian Nuclear Laboratories prior to joining Safety and Licensing Branch as a Nuclear Safety Analyst in April 2014. His current interest and work include performing safety analysis in support of new facility and systems. He has gained extensive engineering experience working with major nuclear companies like GE Hitachi, SNC Lavalin, and their clients. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario.
