Biography

Chris’s experience as a Mechanical /Maintenance Engineer in the Aluminum Rolling Industry, Reliability Engineer and then Maintenance Standardization Leader for Bridgestone Corporation, and now owner of WAF Engineering has given him a diverse amount of experience in the manufacturing and reliability sector. From the day to day support of keeping a factory running and reliable, to large scale corporate oversight of reliability initiatives and system tools to designers of equipment with a focus on reliability and ease of maintenance he has learned a few things along his journey. During that journey Chris met the Cogep team where he used there CMMS to help put some of his teams initiatives into place. Today Chris will share some of his experience with you from a Maintenance and Reliability perspective but also include how to make those initiatives stick by leveraging your CMMS.
