Biography

Scott Lakes is a construction manager with more than 16 years of experience in geotechnical, cut-off wall construction, RCC dam construction, and other heavy civil works.  Scott also has more than 16 years of experience in commercial and industrial building engineering and construction. He has managed the Contractor’s Quality Control program on two USACE (United States Army Corps of Engineers) projects, Nashville District.  Additionally, Scott has been quality assurance (QA) manager for exploratory drilling and grouting project for the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) in East Tennessee and technical lead for barrier wall construction.  Scott is experienced in design and construction of dams, cutoff walls, seepage curtains, seepage curtains, environmental restoration, and stormwater management.
