Biography

Barry Stephenson is President and CEO of Materials and Chemistry Laboratory, Inc. (MCLinc). He is a chemist with over 48 years of experience including 39 years in senior management positions in analytical laboratories. In 1998, he was instrumental in the commercialization of Materials and Chemistry Laboratory, formerly a DOE contractor laboratory at K25 Uranium Enrichment Facility in Oak Ridge. The commercial Materials and Chemistry Laboratory is an employee-owned, small business focusing in the areas of industrial forensics, electron microscopy, specialty environmental and industrial hygiene analyses, treat-ability studies, and chemical process optimization.
